Hi! Are there any plans for an extended battery cap for the Vector? I would not mind another 2 or 3cm to fit a slightly longer battery. I remember the PTS PDR-C had a similar battery compartment, and the hollow extended battery cap that became available for that gun didn't look too bad [smile]

we're working on some solutions.

That being said, the PDR cap doesn't work. I tried [frown]

Any breakthroughs on this front? I am having a heck of a time fitting a batter in the grip. Funny thing is that it's not the battery body itself that is too big, it's the small tamiya connector not being able to fold over into the grip once connected.

I looked through the forum but could not find anything more about your 1400mah. Do you have a thread link or photo link to it?

Thanks!

For the price of that "one" battery.  You can buy two of mine or the Nano-Tech unit.

Where can you buy it? Link? The nano-tech i found backorder on their website and some in ebay but the shipping is a bit pricey, so it end up same price as on evike.

Hey there,

if you are interested in a extension cap, I did one.
You can print the model yourself or buy one.

https://grabcad.com/library/kriss-vector-battery-extension-cap-1

https://www.shapeways.com/product/RC65XTHC4/kriss-vector-battery-extension-cap

Btw. the pics on Shapeways show my prints with carbon filled filament, how the Shapeways material feels, I dont know.

If you are interested in special R-Hops (P-Hop = precise hop) and CNC machined 7075 Lever+silicone nub
I have made for the Kriss, I can show you pics. I changed the motor too, SHS HS neodym motor, hard to the limit of these small LiPos, it wrams up. May be I'll modify the cap with vent. slots.

Have fun with the cap[smile]

Looks like the Vector LE version will come with an extended battery cap.

https://www.krytac.com/licensed-guns/kriss/kriss-vector-aeg-se

I wonder if they'll sell the cap separately?
