Not sure if this has been covered, but what are the differences between the gearboxes in the CRB vs SPR? I'm guessing maybe the spring and cylinder porting.

Very interested in hearing the answer to this question. My impressions are that Krytac has these aegs perfectly tuned. So much that for once I'm extremely hesitant to alter anythng on it. I thought about putting a longer barrel with a suppressor on the crb but I'm assuming the cylinder volume is in tune with the air volume of the barrel and altering my barrel length would just mess with that.
Maybe I'm over thinking it but it seems like krytac has put so much thougt in to thsee guns that I'd hate to mess with it.
So back to beach tacos question, if the crb and spr have the same cylinders then I would feel comfortable putting the longer barrel on my crb.

As of right now. Both CRB and SPR have the exact same build and same spring. The different of FPS is due to the length of the barrel.
We will be tuning our CRB to be consistently under 350 FPS due to a large demand for CQB field request. SPR on the other hand will get a boost closer to 400 in a couple months.
