Hello fellow Krytacians

I've recently decided to purchase an LVOA-S. However, i'm having a really hard time figuring out exactly which upgrades, i "need". - Basically I want consistency, consistency, even better accuracy and even longer range. -  I don't mind a bit more fps, but it must not exceed  423 FPS / 129 ms.

Also.. the best place to purchase such parts within Europe :-)?

It might be too much to ask, but a list of specific parts would be first class.

I would suggest a tightbore inner barrel, Laylax Prometheus inner barrel specific for Krytac’s is a great choice,

if you want to get fancy a Gate Titan MOSFET is awesome, shorter trigger pulls, low battery notice, complete customization, check out some YouTube vids if you’re unfamiliar and get a pro tech to install

also I’d suggest joining ministry of krytards group on Facebook a ton of great info there

Cheers

Here's a quick list off the top of my head:

1. Heavier BBs. Grab the heaviest and highest quality you can find.
2. Compression - improving compression improves FPS consistency
3. Air seal - improving air seal is like compression external to the gearbox and also improves FPS consistency
==You have entered the realm of diminishing returns==
4. Gearbox-Nozzle-BB-Bucking-Nub-Barrel alignment - getting your alignment spot on and preventing movement between shots will contribute to consistency.
5. Flat or R-Hop - R-Hop especially can provide greater consistency
6. Barrel - A barrel with better resonance, finish quality and cut can contribute to consistency

Thank you!

I've decided to upgrade the hopup and barrel, for now. :-)

A 6.03 Prometheus barrel for krytac.

So now the question is.. Which bucking and nub should i get?

I don't mind buying a new Hopup chamber.. but is it even necessary? The stock Krytac one seems pretty good.

Dont buy a new hop up chamber. Unnecessary and more likely to negatively impact performance than positively.

Superb information!

Since Maple leaf bucking works best with their Omega nub.. Which specific bucking should i get? Diamond, Macaron or monster?

Are we talking 60, 70, 75 etc degree?

60 or 70 degrees depending on whats in stock. 70 will theoretically be slightly less consistent and if you play in the cold it'll be more likely to go hard with the cold and require a good deal of warming up, they also theoretically should wear less, however, the difference is negligible. Just get whatever is available and if both are I'd go for the 60.

I think their AEG buckings only come in the one variety; IIRC. Just make sure you buy the AEG bucking and AEG nub.

Don't expect miraculous improvements in performance, but I do think it is a worthwhile upgrade.
