Hello all,
haven't seen a discussion on this yet.. I hope I'm not the only one super-hyped about the Origin 12 shotgun
https://krytac.com/news/11-press/72-krytac-announces-officially-licensed-origin-12-airsoft-shotgun
I had my eye on the Marui AA-12 as next purchase but this is just.. sexy, and should be easier to handle in close  quarters

I will own one,it's pretty far off,but when it's available,it will be mine..If it can perform as well as I'm hoping it will be Beautiful...Imagine if they could get it to shoot 8@a time, and had a hi-cap available,it could possibly match my P*,in suppressive abilities.

well it's supposed to change the way we play CQB, but i dont see how that would be more efficient than an SDP or a PDW..

would have much rather seen a proper bolt action you could actually hit people with

Any more info on this krytac project? I'm interested in a proposed release date and possible price point.

I would also like a release date and possible price point. Krytac's article says that info will be released in 4th quarter 2017 and its December. Probably wouldn't be able to afford it after just dumping another 120 bucks into my CRB but something about electric 3-6 shot shotguns is so satisfying.

Any info on this or has the project disappeared?? Was rumors that we would hear something at Shot Show...... No word as of yet I've been waiting on this rather than getting the TM shotguns..... I might just have to go for the sgr 12 instead

It's still in dev. We're not saying much right now because we're implementing features that interact with the patent stage. Some of it is compliance, some of it is quality of life.

@Noid. Any idea if the Origin 12 requires me to pick up spent shells all over the field afterwards? =) Or will it be like the TM device and take a single hi cap mag?

thx
=)

I can say for sure it will not be shell ejecting. The rest is TBA when dev is ready.

@Kraken _wrangler... good to know. Now to see if it takes the TM type of shotgun shells or if it's going to take aeg like mags. Can't wait. Hope they can figure out a way to put in a quick change spring system to.

She sure is purdy. Def lookin forward to these. Also, one thing i feel all the krytacs could use is an ACTUAL quick change spring system. Either out the back or top down. Either way without having to disassemble the entire gun to do so. I also would love to be pumped to have a removable trigger guard as found in some other aegs. Some people hate it, but i am hugely into having a 2 finger trigger. Particularly in my hpa builds. Being able to do so without removing structural material would be wonderful.
